Burning Man Dome Construction
The average dome at burning man was about 12'
radius and made of EMT metal piping. This one was on the edge of
the Playa (so it took the winds full force) and was made of PVC.
The guys that built it used the Dome
Calculator to get the lengths of pipe needed for the construction,
and let nature do it's worst. They survived nicely.
Special length pipes and bracing mad for a nice
arched dooorway....
