1. TEDWARD: Announcements
Whump - no longer with us
-	They're redirecting their talent to our Main Stage
-	Now we have a seriously bumping stage

2. Construction Report
Geoffry: New Model Presentation, complete w/stage, projectors - Buddhist monument
-	group showers w/4-6 stalls each 
Steve: Providing a group mess hall for everyone, commiting as a theme camp?
Geoffry: We're positioned in the Large-Scale sound area
TW: Inside area is 6'w x 8' tall for archways; standard thickness of arches is about 1 foot

Geoffry: Backstage, there's going to be a big stage structure
Natalie: Let's put a video camera in one of the showers: YOU WILL BE FILMED!, and  
Project onto the sails!!!

PROPOSAL: Make one of the showers with video, projecting to the main stage.
	VOTE: Unanimously approved, if budget allows.

Angelo: Talking to Adam's dad to arrange transportation, via Geoffry
	 Donated trucks 
	 Ioshka will drive with PJ on August 23rd - maybe

Natalie: She's booking acts for the stage: let her know if you know anyone who wants to perform.

Adam: Tables are going to need good needles; they cost around $100
apiece.  Whump system needs to good needles; at least 2 pair!
Sammy: Has 2 extra needles
Reina: Can get everything from Guitar Center at cost
 Sammy was given $175 for potential supply buying

Natalie: Hasn't found a pair of good turntables yet

Adam: Phil said he'd donate his IF we pay to get them re-furbed afterward
	 Budget to refurb them afterwards?
Adam: Might be able to get a bulb.
	 Reina might be able to get them cheap

Natalie: Needs Sammy to price materials
Natalie will talk to Christian about how to cover the speakers

Sammy: Post everything on the list, financial and otherwise

Natalie: Each Camp is responsible to watch the main stage area for 1 day.

Geoffry: Backstabe Space-Time Vazaar, building a big tent/shade structure, about as big 
as the Magic House's main room, with a bar and 10 people camping around it.

TW: Discovery is doing very badly; lack of finances, issues w/health department and filtration systems necessary, 
he now needs 3 huge filtration systems, and that may mean the sensory depravation tanks may not happen.
	 Might change to Camp Inferno, 'nobody gets out without getting on fire'

Natalie: PJ goes with Jeff on Saturday?

Military Supply on the east coast: Cargo Chutes, actual cloth instead of parachute, in red, yellow, & blue, 
$66 delivered, covered a 30' dome

Ian from "Body of Light" (get email from Tedward) - built a PVC dome last year
 PJ needs to talk w/him about gauge of PVC

Jeff: Mind Control Labs
- mind control tapes etc. inside this amazing amazing structure

Angelo (w/Dream Theatre)
-	Wants to bring in a screen / shade structure, for projections "Video Garden"
-   2 30' high (maybe) screens, perhaps on either side of an arch

TW: If you go above 15', you have to notify structures@burningman.com

Sails: Make 'em take-downable or perforate them

Jeff: SCREWJACKS:
-	Playa surface is SOFTER this year; it may be difficult to ride bicycles on it; we'll need to take this into 
consideration structurally

TW: Beacons: Price of el wire: $2.50 per foot is typical; we found it for $.93/foot.  
Next price increase is on August 4th.

Pole, w/a 2' wire beacon: $100-$120 w/sound activated EL-Wire

Natalie: Doesn't know about generators

TW: Has 3 55-gallon steel clean, had 4 30-gallon blue plastic drums, will go on the truck
