	Introductions and comments on village structure.

	Old Business
		1) announcements by service personnel with regards to last meeting
			BM Contact - we have LSSA space confirmed, our contact 
				is trying to get us 2-2:30 on the Esplanade.
			Information - the group list is up.
			Talent - need to know times of stage operation.
			Architect - provided stage are mapping plans
		2) discussion and vote on the name of the village.
			Tabled again. Let's put effort into this...now.
		3) discussion of village theme and the implementation thereof.
			Theme was confirmed as Rebirth.  Based on architects plans
			for central area,  it was decided that the village will have
			eight arches only.  The entrance will be one, the stage will 
			be at the oposite end, and the 6 camps at the other arches.
			Geo Frey has settled on "Camp Backstage" where services for
			performers will be provided.
			Should we get an influx of camps, the two sites that complete
			the square with the stage and the entrance (Church and 
			Time/Space Bazaar) shall be pushed back to form two "villas".
			The form of these villas will be decided upon if and when 
			such an influx occurs.
		4) vote on special service personnel
			It was noted that Robert Berg has agreed to be village treasurer,
			however, since he was not present, the election was deferred.
		5) discussion  on camp responsibility to the village.
			Tabled for the e-mail list.
		6) redetermination of village size and structure for
		    final submission to Harley and LSSA at BM.com
		    Note item 3.  Village size estimated at 100 at this time.
	New Business
		7) determination of Leave No Trace policies
			Discussion was not made on this topic due to time 
			constraints on key members.
		8) determination of stage activity times (per Natalie)
			8am - 2pm down time
			2pm - 4pm semi-quiet activities (weddings, poetry, etc)
			4pm - 6pm energy building events
			6pm - 10pm keynote events
			10pm - 8am unst-unst-unst-unst :)
		9) evaluate fire pit properties and locations
			Burn barrels not thoroughly discussed, however availablity
			is clear.  Idea presented: put the arches on burn platforms
			and light them on Sunday night.  Involves extra material cost.
			This will wait until full meeting for a decision.
		10) Other new business
			None discussed.
	11) Determine tasks for next meeting
		Scan architect's village maps
		Get e-mail list active and ideas shared.
		Get new name for village
		Discuss Leave no trace policies.
